Walt Jansen
President – Landscape Design, Construction and Sales
Walt Jansen is the owner and operator of Jansen Landscaping, which was founded in Burlington, Ontario in 2005. Influenced by his Dutch heritage, Walt began working at a local nursery at the age of 14, and has been involved in horticulture ever since. His passion, meticulous nature and desire for high quality workmanship was noticed by neighbours and friends, and inspired Walt to open Jansen Landscaping. Walt left the corporate world to pursue this passion, and has expanded his business to providing full landscape and outdoor living solutions.
Walt specializes in landscape design and construction, including outdoor barbecue and entertainment centres, decks, patios, waterfall features, and stone fireplaces. Jansen Landscaping is a client-centered business, with every customer relationship managed personally by Walt, who is dedicated and passionate about working with clients to create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
Steve Jansen
Site Supervisor – Landscape Design and Construction
Steve Jansen has been a part of Jansen Landscaping since 2008, and specializes in Landscape Design and Construction. Steve studied construction engineering at Mohawk College in Hamilton. Steve has a strong architectural eye, and works with the customers to execute their outdoor living space vision. Steve brings an innovative and creative approach to every project, and works closely with clients to ensure their plan and budget are accommodated.
